i feel ashamed... am not eatin over my caloric limits but am not eatin healthy :( nafsety ta3bana from work and all i want is sugar :(

plus i noticed that neglecting breakfast or havin a tiny non significant breakfast takes its toll on thru out the day

bfast: garmat khbza o jibna weya yoz.. chethy 3al 6ayer.. madre lesh garma.. just a bite :S then drove to strbx.. skinny short latte with cinnamon sprinkles

at 10: nature vally bar

at 12: water thin bread twists .. i had 2

lunch: healthy lazanya and salad (A).. then 2 bran cookies

snack at 5 : 2 bran cookies

at 8.30 : nature vally bar

where is the fooooood D!!!!

:( wen el akil weena!!??!!!

i need to eat FOOD!! kila fibers loool!!
